You know what a huge part of my life capoeira is. It has been a place of growth, joy, community and solace for not just me but for my kids. The United Capoeira Association (UCA) is a big-hearted organization that has supported humanitarian efforts like Projeto Kirimure, helping severely disadvantaged youth. Well, now UCA needs help too, so I'm reaching out to you for assistance. 

Across the country, capoeiristas will be doing capoeira this Saturday to raise money. With a perfect storm of economic pressures, we're going to need your donations to keep our doors open.
