Thank you for participating in the 21st Annual 5K Run/Walk/Bike for the Health of It to benefit Hospice House. Here is what you need to know for setting up your personalized fundraising page with us. Our enter campaign goal is $5,000 and our campaign ends May 31, 2021.

If you raise $100 or more your donations will be matched up to a total of $5,000 plus you will receive a customized heart ornament featuring a photo and message that you provide.

In creating your personal page, be sure to make it personal and include photos and any stories you have for why this campaign is meaningful to you. When you are done, view your page and then copy and paste your fundraising page and post it on facebook and send it to friends via email and text message.
