The 8th Year of The 50 Miles for Murph and Operation Red Wings Memorial Run.
On Friday, June 26th, 2020, we will be starting our overnight run at FDNY Engine 53/Ladder 43 in Spanish Harlem and finishing at Lake Ronkonkoma, just before the start of the Michael P. Murphy Run Around the Lake.
Our main goal of the 50 Miles fo Murph and ORW is to continue their legacies and honor the sacrifice they made for our country while also raising money for several charities to help benefit the veterans and their families.
50 Miles for Murph and ORW started in 2013 with just two runners but has since grown to 20 runners in 2019. With 2020 also being the 15 year anniversary since Operation Red Wings, we are hoping to raise more money than all our previous years combined.
Please help us reach our goal and cheer us on as we run across the island for a great cause.
