Dearest Friends & Family,
We are thrilled to share the remarkable progress of our son, Clark, who is now six years old. Clark is autistic and has flourished under the care of the devoted team at the Brooklyn Autism Center (BAC), where his journey towards growth and independence continues to inspire us every day.
This past year has been transformative for Clark. From becoming a spelling bee champion to finding joy in expressing himself through speech and music, his development has been nothing short of extraordinary. At BAC, he is not just a student; he is a cherished member of a community that celebrates his every success and supports him through every challenge.
One of the most touching milestones we've witnessed this year is Clark's newfound openness to trying new foods. After nearly three years of sticking to the same beige, dry foods, the incredible staff at BAC helped him expand his palate. Now, Clark happily enjoys chicken nuggets and french fries and even drinks milk (finally!), a breakthrough that brings immense joy to our hearts.
Reflecting on our journey, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the impact BAC has had on Clark and our family. Their dedication and expertise have given us hope and strength during even the toughest moments. It's no exaggeration to say that they've changed our lives for the better.
As we embark on another year of growth and discovery, we invite you to join us in supporting BAC. Your generosity will ensure that children like Clark continue to receive the life-changing care and support they deserve. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a profound difference in shaping a brighter future for these incredible individuals.
