Hi Friends and Family, I am partnering with the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau and raising money for CP Nassau 5K Walk, Run, Roll, Stroll. As you probably know from my mom and dad, I live in a new group home that is run by amazing staff from CP Nassau.
