Last year I decided to make a life change and become healthier. Making this change really did change much of my life. It doesn’t mean that things are easier but it has certainly helped me enjoy my life by being able to be more active rather than just wishing or talking about it. My first 5K was the Helen Keller Virtual Walk so I only felt like it was appropriate to host a fundraiser and walk it again. Please join me in celebrating a full year of being active and healthier! You can either participate or just donate! If you want to participate let me know and I can try to walk with you! Thank you to all of those who have reached out to me to encourage me I’m this journey! Your kind words and support has kept me going even on the hardest days!
