Hi friends and family, Aiden wanted to do this last year I made the decision to be lazy. This year we are in. Try to get in mediocre shape. Raise some money for charity. Win win. I won't be long winded but this story is near to my heart. The world would be a better place if there were more Michael Murphy's in it. The donations raise money for the 2019 Navy SEAL LT Michael P Murphy 4 Mile Run. The money is distributed to a few military related charities (you can check the page). My son, Aiden, is also running the race.
