Friends and Family!! 

I am so thrilled to have been given the opportunity to go on the New York mission trip with our student ministry in June! Prior to the pandemic, I went on my first trip to NY and it completely reshaped my faith. Our team went through a number of training sessions that better equipped us with new ways to share the gospel as well as our testimonies. In the few days we were there I spoke with over 50 different people from countries such as France, Turkey, Japan, and many locals as well. These conversations completely changed my perspective from an evangelistic standpoint and gave my heart a longing for missions. Even presently I still pray for the sweet people I met and shared the gospel with. I am so grateful the Lord has called me to go back this year and cannot wait to see what He will do again as we strike up spiritual conversation in the parks, at the hostel, and even on the subways over the course of 7 days. I am already praying God will be preparing my heart and those of who we will encounter in the weeks to come leading up to our departure.
