For 33 years our cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, has expanded to support families with sick children throughout Long Island and the greater New York Metro area.
Today, we are evolving to meet the needs of families facing the medical uncertainty and financial stress of caring for a sick child.
Thanks to the generosity of donors who have supported our cause, the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island is expanding its capacity to serve and create meaningful programs to benefit more children and their families. As the newly established RMHC New York Metro, we will serve children throughout the greater New York Metro area through the operation of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and the two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. We will also provide community grants to regional children’s charities and financial support to three, independent Ronald McDonald House Chapters in the greater New York Metro area.
