About This Campaign

The ministry work in the villages of Tanzania involves a lot of driving:

Getting to homes for door-to-door evangelism and social care.
Assisting especially children with emergency medical needs, either at their homes or transporting them to the local hospital.
Transporting equipment for outdoor training events, such as tents, chairs, tables and sound equipment.
Showing the Jesus movie outdoors in the evenings to hundreds of people, thus requiring us to transport chairs, and all the sound and video equipment for the Jesus movie.
Providing transportation for visiting mission groups.

The challenge however is extreme rough terrain and long rainy seasons, making travel often nearly impossible, severely hindering our efforts. There are literally days where our global workers, Ndumieshi (evangelist) and Tunsubilege (social worker) cannot travel due to weather and/or road conditions.

We need your help to change that.

We are excited to share that the diocese in Tanzania has an arrangement with the government for the use of ministry vehicles, thus enabling us to get a new vehicle close to what a good quality used vehicle would have cost us!

A Toyota Land Cruiser is crucial for the work, and here’s why:

Local Maintenance: The local Tumaini parish has committed to maintaining the vehicle, ensuring that it remains in top condition for all our needs.
