Hi friends, I am 3 years into working for Atlanta Mission and it has truly been a wonderful journey. Highlights include hosting an art class with our woman and children every other week, helping to facilitate a weekly women's spiritual conversation group, watching transformation and healing occur in so many lives, and finally, seeing over 3,800 individuals come together for the 2018 Race to End Homelessness.

This year I have the honor to help organize the race and we are hoping for over 4,000 participants! Along with organizing the race, I decided again to accept the challenge to raise funds to support Atlanta Mission in an effort to end homelessness in Atlanta. Last year, I saw over $1,200 come in to provide winter shelter!

Every donation of $25 will cover one night of warm, safe shelter, nutritious meals, job attainment services, counseling, and the opportunity to choose help for a homeless man, woman, or child in Atlanta this winter for someone who would otherwise spend the night in the cold, on the streets. This year, I'd love to raise $2500 to provide shelter and services in the cold winter months for 100 men, women, and children.

I sincerely appreciate your support for this fundraiser and my goal. You can donate now and by hitting “Give Now” on the upper right.

You can give with any major credit card and it only takes 30 seconds. I appreciate it so very much. If you would prefer, you can send your contribution to the address listed below and include a note with my name along with "Atlanta Mission 5K".

Thank you for joining me!

I would run with you but you know what the good Lord says "The wicked run when no one is chasing them ..." (Proverbs 28:1) so like the humble, modest, and generally better-than-you Christian that I am, I'll just "be still, and know that [God] is God." (Psalm 46:10). No walking (unless you're needing post-race intercessay prayer) because the Good Book promises that if your hope is in the Lord y
