About This Campaign

Join Equality New York (EQNY) for a 30-Day Wellness Challenge. During the month of April, dozens of New Yorkers will engage in 30 days of wellness practices to help improve their mental, spiritual and physical health. This challenge will help decrease burnout, fuel creativity, and foster self-care. Participants will receive a:

calendar with a different daily wellness activity (each take between 15-30 minutes);
booklet of directions and options (e.g yoga poses, receipts) for each day;
access to weekly virtual check-ins with other wellness challenge participants;
entry into a weekly raffle to win prizes like a Barry’s Bootcamp Virtual Class Pack, & much more;

#30DaysofWellness will allow people to compete for prizes while raising funds for Equality New York.

1st place: Essential oils gift basket, $100 gift certificate for Red Roster, & custom journal.

2nd place: 60 minute personal training session & Barry’s Bootcamp - 5 day class pass

3rd place: 1 year subscription to the Calm app

This event is hosted by EQNY’s Bodily Autonomy and Disability Justice & Mental Health Access committees and all proceeds will help advance their agenda.
