Hi Friends and Family: When I mooved (LOL!) to Northport twenty-six years ago, I discovered a small dairy farm a few blocks from my house, smack dab in the middle of my residential neighborhood. Cool, right? I took my kids there frequently, to visit and feed the animals. One of daughters drew a picture to send to my sister from Canada, who had visited the farm with us. My daughter, very young at the time, titled her drawing "The Fram", and it has been "The Fram" to me ever since! The Fram is now a sanctuary, run solely by volunteers, who rely on generous donors.  

I am partnering with Lewis Oliver Farm Sanctuary to raise money for Team Annabelle 2021, as part of the internationally renowned annual Great Cow Harbor 10K race. Alas, I will not be running the 10K! I will be walking the 2K Fun Run instead.
