Hi Friends and Family, I am participating in a 50-mile mountain bike ride as part of a charity fundraiser called the Ride for Rwanda. I sincerely appreciate your support for this fundraiser and my goal. You can donate now and by hitting “Give Now” on the upper right.

Recently, my cousin, Matt, suffered a series of strokes that has left him with a lengthy and grueling recovery that has jeopardized his family's financial position.  Matt served our country in the Army followed by service as a Police Officer with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department and for the last 18 years with the St Paul, Minnesota Police Department.  Because of a pre-existing medical condition, Matt can't qualify for long or short term disability insurance and he's expecting a total loss of income during the recovery.  Reluctantly, his family has started a GoFundMe page hoping to cover some of the many looming expenses and I would appreciate it if you would consider helping out a truly courageous man and family in their time of need.

There are, of course, many people in need and ifIf bikes for children in Rwanda or my cousin aren't a strong motivation, I have other charities and causes that I would really appreciate if you were to donate and let me know.  Or choose your own and let my ride motivate your donation.

If you choose to donate to Ride for Rwanda, you can give with any major credit card and it only takes 30 seconds. I appreciate it so very much.

Otherwise, please consider giving generously to  American Cancer Society Wounded Warriors Alzheimer's Association, and  Hope for Paws.

Thanks and love for joining me!

Jim
