Sounds of Silence 5K Run

When I went through postpartum depression with my second son, Aidan 16 years ago, I didn't know then that it would change my life. All I knew at the time was that it was a struggle to get up in the morning and that life held very little joy or happiness. 

With the help of the Postpartum Resource Center of New York and its founder Sonia Murdock, I recovered and became an avid volunteer. Volunteering for this wonderful organization and helping other moms like myself has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
