Hi. I, Siddhi Jatania, is partnering with Photographers Without Borders and raising money for PWB #ThousandWords Campaign. Photographers without borders is a volunteer-run not-for-profit organization of visual storytellers connecting grassroots NGOs, working for nature-wildlife conservation, education and sustainable living, with volunteer photographers and videographers. PWB also organizes workshops for photographers to learn on how to document such assignments.
Photography to me is an outlet to pour my heart out and window to express my inner self - walking towards the light of something bigger than myself. While exploring various kinds of photography, I developed immense will, intention and determination to pursue the discipline of conservation photography and contribute towards wildlife, nature and climate change. Each picture motivates me to practice the art more, directing me towards sharing awareness and consciousness regarding nurturing our Mother Earth and all the species that call her home. I haven't got any exposure and experience in conservation photography, if I get an opportunity through this campaign to participate in PWB workshop, it would be my first stepping stone towards pursuing a career in the same.would be my first stepping stone towards the dream yet to be fulfilled.
This is the time to realize that when we start appreciating nature and stop taking her for granted would we as humans be more able to connect to ourselves and share our vulnerabilities with each other. It is not about you..me..PWB, but a fight against time to save our planet and live in harmony with nature. Your contribution is very important to promote and encourage organizations like PWB to bring real inspirational heroes-communities and their stories to people around the world.
